Nearing the half-million mark!

After welcoming its 450,000th visitor yesterday, Mosaïcultures Internationales Montréal 2013 is happy to announce that, as of next week, a half a million people will have visited the Botanical Garden to see the Mosaïcultures.

Since opening, visitor traffic to the event has increased steadily, with 30,000 people entering the gates of the Botanical Garden last weekend. The same turnout is expected this coming weekend!

An event highly appreciated by tourists

The exhibit is extremely popular with tourists. According to an in-house survey conducted at the Qatar Airways International Hub, 61% of visitors come from a region of Quebec other than Montreal and 5% live outside of Canada.

In addition, 75% of these tourists declare that MIM2013 was one of their main reasons for visiting Montreal.

MIM2013 will be at the Montreal Botanical Garden until September 29th. The doors open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. We strongly recommend buying tickets online: espacepourlavie.ca/en/ticket-office.
